Chrissy dvd is great for me because I am new to all things yoga and trying to get back in to shape. I tried yoga one time because and was not a big fan but when my Dr told me to try it out again I know I had to try with her dvd. I have seen a lot of good reviews about it and I like that you can work of your bell, butt and thighs. 
All I have to say is I was so sore the next day all over my body but I did not give up. I did feel a lot more relaxed when I was done. Its been over a week and I am still loving this dvd and I cant feel the burn. If you are looking to try out something new thats going to target the 3 mean spotes on your body the pic this dvd up and see how you like it.
