Watch Minder

**Disclaimer, I received a sample to facilitate this review. All opinions are 100% my own**

I stay busy helping to take care of my nieces and nephews which means I tend to forget alot of things. So when I found out about WatchMinder I was pretty excited to check it out.

WatchMinder was actually invented by a child psychologist because some children have AD/HD and need to be managed and reminded to do stuff. It works great for medication reminders, behavior modification and self-monitoring, and just everyday life and wellness things like exercise and food shopping.

It is a nice sized digital watch that has an easy to read screen. This would be perfect for a grandparent who needs reminders on medicines.

Some of the key features include:
– Perfect for all wrist sizes
– Has two optional Velcro bands, one is red which I think is great for kids
– Has a rechargeable battery and charger included
– Easy on-screen programming
– 65 pre-programmed messages to choose from
– Vibrating alert with “snooze repeat” feature
– Waterproof

I also thought it was great that the battery is rechargeable. They recommend charging it at least once a month for a few hours so the battery doesn’t die. It comes with a USB cable to charge from computer or wall outlet.

Overall, I felt this watch is a really great tool. It’s great for kids, elderly, and everyone in between. I plan on wearing this one from now on, too.
