Inside the box you will find 50 pre-packaged individual saline solution packets and the Squeezie bottle.
The Squeezie was very comfortable for me. There is one thing you do not want to do with this is to share with someone. Just because it is easy to catch something such as a nasal infection. Right now I am sick and I can’t breathe through my nose. So I thought this would be the best time to try this out.
First I filled the bottle with warm water up the the fill line it has. Then I mix the saline packet with water and shake it so it would mix together. What happen next I was kind of like do I want to put this up my nose. But what I did was the silicone tip up on side of my nostril and little by little squeeze the bottle and it came out the open nostril it was gross. I was so happy right away I could tell it clear my nasal passages and it work I was able to breath and go to sleep.
Overall I was so happy with this product and if you are looking for something to help you breath I would look in to getting something like this to help you out.
