I got this eye pencil because I was in the need of a black eyeliner. I like the way it went on my eyes. But rubbing my eyes it came off so much and I look like a raccoon with the black eyeliner all around my eyes. This pencil suck for me. It was only one dollar at the store and I think I will know next time don’t pay a dollar for a name I can not find online.
