The inside of the pan is textured to evenly cook food evenly and improve non-stick quality. The bottom of the pan has a magnetized induction stove base to ensure quick heating. The handle is coated in silicone and is heat resistant.
I love cooking and this is my new favorite pan to make a small batch of fajitas. I like that this pan has a non-stick surface so that I can make my favorite thing in the morning. Making a omelet has never been so easy and the clean up after is easy as can be.
Overall this pan is amazing I can cook a lot of things in it. I did get rid of my old pan I had because the food would just get stick. I will definitely be letting my friends and family know about this pan and how nice the quality is.
