Back in the day before I stared to blog I was one of them beauty gurus on YouTube. Making video’s is all about having the best lighting and good quality videos. If you are getting in to making videos or like taking photos then this is a good kit. I wish that I had this back when I was making my videos because this lighting is so perfect for filming a video at night.
I often find myself sitting in my room trying to figure out how am I going to get just the right amount of lighting to take the pictures that I need for my blog. Or just even trying to get some kind of light to make a video review. I only have time at night to do what I need to and with the umbrella kit I get more than I need in light and the pay off in my photos is AMAZING!

This light kit is the perfect kit for the beginner. I love the way the umbrella lighting gives the perfect amount of light for my videos. You need a good kit like this especially if filming at night when there is no natural light. The advantage of studio lights is that you can control the light far more easily, as the lights can be moved around. In addition, the light is far less harsh than with an on-camera flashgun, as it can be softened with various accessories.
This kit did not come with instructions but this was very easy for me to put together. I think it took me about 10 mins. If you’re looking to get into lighting for the first time ever this lighting kit would be just right for you. The stands are light weight and easy to move but with that said you can also knockthem over if you are not looking. Also, the power cord has a very generous length so I can move it anywhere in my room.
