I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to review an 8×10 canvas print from Easy Canvas Print. To say I was a bit excited about this is an understatement. I have wanted a canvas print to give to my mother of her beloved pet. But I have been so busy, I didn’t have the time to look for one.
After thinking over and over on which photo to have turned into a canvas I decided on the one you see above. It is her favorite picture of her little buddy Poncho.
Before I could place my order, I had to create an account on their website by filling out a simple form and then uploading the picture. They do, however, have the option of retrieving images from your Facebook or Instagram account instead of uploading the image.
Another neat feature on the Easy Canvas Print website is that — after you have retrieved the desired picture — it has an image quality checker that will determine if the image has the correct resolution for your canvas print. If the image quality is consider Good, then all steam ahead! If, however, the image as a Poor or Fair quality, the website will recommend choosing another image to reduce the chance of a blurry canvas print. Also, you have the option of having the image wrap around the edges which gives it a more cleaner look (to me anyways)
Once my picture was uploaded, I adjusted it to fit the 8×10 and ensured that the area cropped was how I wanted it. The canvas included a standard wall hanger on the back but I also had the option of purchasing a stand if I was going to display the print on a desk or mantel.
The entire process from start to finish took at the most 10 minutes which is great for those of us who stay on the go. It was completely easy with detailed instructions.
I thought it would take a few weeks for the canvas to be delivered. However, I received my canvas print in about a week! But don’t let the quick turnaround time fool you. The quality of the canvas print is AMAZING! The image is sharp and looks better than the original print!
I can not wait to show this to my mother at Christmas. I am sure, she will proudly hang this on the wall!
