Coloring has always been a stress reliever for me. I have been doing it for years and that only thing I have been coloring books for little kids. I was happy yo get this Art therapy book in the mail because it’s an adult coloring book. I still find that I put a lot of concentration into coloring it but it’s more relaxing.
