When my nephew was little me and my sister would give him milk and notice he would spit it up every single time and that’s because his little tummy would not keep it down. After talking to his doctor we discovered that regular milk was not the best thing for him to have because it made his stomach upset and they said we would have to switch him to something else. To make a long story short we had to give him some soy milk and knowing the side effects that it gave him he did keep it down without a problem. But now with him being a little older a2 Milk® has been a go to for him and all of my family because it tastes just like milk but with a different smell.

What makes a2 Milk® different from other is the cows types and I know you all  might be thinking a cow is a cow. But different cows naturally produce milk with different proteins. Like ordinary milk has a mixture of A1 and A2 proteins. This is something I did not know at all and was very shocked and intrigued by this because  I thought all cow milk was that same. For someone who does not like milk and my nephew who can’t have it a2 Milk has been a go to for almost everything we make because his tummy loves it and I do to.

Who doesn’t like milk and cookies? Recently we have came together as a family in the kitchen to make The Best Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies. Here is the recipe we made are cookies with in case you were wondering.

Ingredients:

8 tablespoons of soften butter – we like to use salted butter
½ cup white sugar
¼ cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon mexican vanilla
1 egg
1½ cups all purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. using your mixer beat your soften butter and sugars together until creamy. Then add the vanilla and the egg and mix them altogether on a low speed for 10-15 seconds. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until crumbles form. When dough is all together take your cookie spoon or your hand and put your cookie dough balls on a baking sheet and in the oven for 9-11 minutes until the cookies look puffy and a little golden. Then enjoy your cookies with a nice cold glass of a2 Milk®.
