Here is a little information on about Mally before I get into my review. Mally Roncal’s love affair with all things glam started at an early age. As a young girl growing up in upstate New York, Mally began experimenting with makeup on her mother, an incredible beauty who was and continues to be her biggest inspiration. I found out about 3 years ago when a lot of YouTubers talk about her work and after that I subscribe to our YouTube channel and have been a big fan ever since.

Perfect Prep Hydrating Under-Eye Brightener has become part of my everyday makeup routine. I use this to help cover the dark circles under my eyes. I look more refreshed in the mornings and feel so much better. But a friend of mine did not like this products at all because you could still see her dark circles.
