A team of five lovable little detectives who use their special sleuthing skills and detective gear to help kids navigate the emotional maze of childhood. If feelings are on the line, the Moodsters are on the case. My little ones just love to play spy games and like to watch cartoons where they solve mystery case. I was sent over three different books along with own little gadget.
Moodster Mirror is designed to show your children how to read emotions on other’s faces. When they look in the mirror, they try to make faces that reflect different feelings and are then better able to see what those feelings look like to others. On the mirror they can turn the dial to different characters. Each one will tell you to make a face and then they can show that emotion. My friend’s son who is 3 loves this one a lot.
Moodster Meter has a special Power Up button enabling children to point the arrow to the Moodster that represents how they are feeling, opening doors for calm communication about emotions.
Moodster Feelings Flashlight is going to be something I think a lot of kid are going to like. They can turn the dial to the flashlight that will get the emotion they are feeling at that moment. When they push the power up button on the flashlight that face emotion will project a character on the wall or ceiling. My little one takes this light all over with him because he say it helps keep the monsters away.
If you’re looking for books to help your little one develop skills I highly recommend these three.
