Mrs. Freshley’s is part of the Flowers Foods company, which is based out of Thomasville, Georgia. They a leader in the bakery food industry, with 45 efficient bakeries that supply such brands as Nature’s Own, Country Kitchen, Sunbeam, and Wonder Bread. Flowers Foods has been manufacturing quality bread, buns, snack cakes, rolls, and pastries for over 80 years, and has enjoyed much success.
I was lucky enough to have been given the opportunity to review two different Mrs. Freshley’s products – Dreamies and Brownies! YUM!!!
The Brownies were delicious and the kids ate them up quick!
Dreamies are creme-filled snack cakes with an airy and light outer coating. My mother had been in Twinkie withdrawal, so these were a welcomed sight. She said that they taste better than Twinkies. W They have a great, fresh flavor and you don’t have to feel too bad about snacking on one — the calories are not that high.
