The contest is open to all children under 5 years old. Our e-blast mentioned the continental USA but we have decided to open the contest to international entries as well this year–so please feel free to submit no matter where you live! Make sure to like us on Facebook, since that is where we will announce the winner on November 3rd, 2014 at 12pm PST!
