I have been having a lot of lower back pain for over a year and the back has got so bad over 2 weeks so when I got this in I had to try it out to see if it would help me at all. This is a one-part massager all you need one-part hot/cold gel pack. I have never seen something like this before. It come with a Velcro straps to make it hands-free use. Being a little bigger girl I was hoping this would fit me and thank got it did. I wish they did make it a little bigger to go round someone that is a little more bigger then the average size.
Over all it works great and I like that you don’t have to worry about the electric cord. I find that it does not work that great n my low back but does work perfectly for my shoulder pain. Having this be reusable and Microwaveable pays off.
