Not Soap Radio’s over under lip conditioner. They say that it is unscented. No its not is has a nice body butter like scent to it. To me it makes me think of the Palmer’s Cocoa Butter scent. Or maybe like a sugar cookies scent. I think thats because it has Shea Butter in it. If you like it then you will like this foreshor. My lips are nice and smooth. You have to put on with your fingers so clean hands first. I’m a bit of a germaphobe when it comes to putting things on my lip or face with hands and fingers. Dose have a little taste when on lip but gos right away. The smell of it on your lip is light and dose stay a little longer then the taste of it. Because it has Shea Butter in the ingredients it dose not dry out lip at all. I had in on for almost 2 hours before I had to reapply it. You will know when its time to apply more. This is better then the Cocoa Nostra lip balm i review before. I am in love with this lip conditioner.
