Mama Francesca believed that meals are about more than just substance, they are an experience and an emotion. Why put it into words, when it can be said much more eloquently with basil, tomatoes, or Parmesan? That’s why we choose cheeses aged for the right amount of richness and flavor, and pursue the perfect blends of cheese and spice.
I was recently able to review some of their parmesan cheese’s and I must say they were all delicious.

Perfetto ~ Classic Parmesan cheese
Pungente ~ Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, oregano
Terzetto ~ Parmesan, Asiago and Romano cheese
Fiero ~ Parmesan cheese, red pepper, basil, oregano, parsley
Aromatico ~ Parmesan cheese, oregano, parsley, basil
Now keep in mind that yes while this is Parmesan cheese you don’t have to use it on just your spaghetti or lasagna. With the special blend of spice’s in each bottle, the possibilities are endless.
My next dish is to cover chicken in the Fiero and bake it in the oven. That will be one delicious dish!!
