I picked out a couple of products from them to try out with my family and I must say they do actually work. Not like other product lines I have used in the past. One that I have recently been using for the last couple of days is their Magnesium Flakes. I have a hard time sleeping so I have been using the flakes in a warm bath to help my body relax. My muscles are not as tight and the pain in my lower back has eased up at night making it easier for me to fall asleep.
