I love spicy food. The spicier the better! Salsa is a household favorite, and is probably the most frequently grabbed snack by all. There is just something very satisfying about a crispy chip dipped in some spicy salsa!
Mrs. Renfro’s has one of the largest selections of salsa that I have ever seen with some flavors that I have never heard of. I will admit, I had a hard time choosing four flavors to try. I ended up deciding on Nacho Cheese and Mexican Mild Sauce. I figured that they would be the perfect spread for a holiday party or get together.
My salsas arrived tightly packed and in perfect condition. I have to tell you, I could NOT wait to try them – I opened the Nacho Cheese right away, and was super happy that I had just bought a brand new bag of corn chips the day before. The Nacho Cheese sauce was delicious. It was nice and spicy, with a rich cheese flavor. I heated it up a bit and poured it right over my chips … It made me think of warm summer days at the fair – YUM!
The Mexican Mild Sauce was tried next. It is a little spicy but apparently taste great as my family ate the whole bottle!
Mrs. Renfro’s offers so many flavors of salsa including Ghost Pepper Salsa (which I really want to try next), Peach Salsa, Pinapple Salsa, and even a line of BBQ sauces, relishes, and syrup. There is also a great recipe section right on the website and a Kid’s Corner with games and printable coloring sheets.
