This is the first time I have ever tried Pulling Oil and did not know what to think about it. I tried this out when I had a bad migraines and it help me out a lot. I feel after about 15min I felt my head did not hurt as much. I also give it a go for helping with decay and all you have to do is put a little in your mouth and swish for 3 minutes and then that’s it. I feel if you are looking to try something out that may help you in the long right this may be something to look into. My sister is going to try see about trying it for acne to see if it helps or not.
