On behalf of Great Grains, they conducted a survey of American women and found 76% of American women who’ve dieted have tried a fad diet – like the master cleanse, the baby food diet, and even being sedated. Three percent of women surveyed said they’d even consider having a tapeworm in order to lose weight!
This January, we’re asking women to get real and go Fad-Free, by signing the Fad-Free Pledge. If you go to Facebook.com/GreatGrains and pledge to go Fad-Free in 2015, we’ll donate $3 to AmpleHarvest.org, an organization that helps connect gardeners with food banks nationwide to provide fresh food to those in need.
This year I told myself I was going to live a better life and eat food that is good for the body. I am happy to say I am doing good and down about 7lb and still have lots of work to go. I got to try out some new Granola Snack Mix and I have to say they are good. I never big a big fan of granola but having it mix with honey roasted peanuts, chocolate and a lot more yummy things. They have a new line to pick from and all are a must try.
