If you are a garlic lover, then Garlic Gold is certainly for you. Garlic Gold’s line of products can be used on just about any dish.
Garlic Gold Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette is wonderful. And get this – it’s vinegar free for those that can’t tolerate vinegar. Because of this I’d say, in my opinon, it’s not quite as tart as a regular vinaigrette, but it’s still good. As before, it has a shorter ingredient list with organic, natural ingredients. I’ve also had this over salad and thought it was delicious. It has nice hint of lemon, but no too much. We love to marinate asparagus overnight and then put them on the grill. I think this would make a fantastic marinade for that and intend to try it next time hubby fires up the grill.
The original Garlic Gold is a mixture of organic extra virgin olive oil and toasted organic garlic.
This product makes my toes tingle. Obviously, it has a great garlic taste with a slight crunch. I steamed some veggies and spooned a little Garlic Gold over them last night. It was a nice change of pace from my regular routine.
Keep in mind with all these products that there is a somewhat-strong garlic flavor – probably more so than I’ve tasted in any other product. So I will repeat that garlic lovers will want give these a try. If you don’t care so much for garlic, this may not be the product for you. (Sparkly creatures of the night need not apply.)
