I had the opportunity of designing my own cutting board so I thought to myself this would be the perfect gift to give my sister on her wedding anniversary because she loves to cook and bake. To make my personalized cutting board all I had to do was pick what wood type I wanted. They give you a nice variety to pick from and they are Cherry, Maple, Beech, Bamboo and Sapele. Next they give you two different sizes to pick from. The only trouble I had was trying to pick what design and I wanted on it and what I wanted to say.
All personalized items ship within 2 business days so I was really excited to see the end results to see what my cutting board look like and I was so happy with it so was my sister and her husband. My cutting board is a 11×16 with a dandelion and the wood I pick out was Cherry. I had them put my sister and husbands anniversary with there names on the board.
Overall making a personalized cutting board or a photograph-cutting-board to give as a gift would be the best thing for someone to get. I am hoping to buy one for my mom next.
