About Canyon Bakehouse:
Canyon Bakehouse is a dedicated gluten-free bakery located in Loveland, Colorado.  We recognize the need for great-tasting, gluten-free products that combine great flavor with soft texture and healthy ingredients.

Canyon Bakehouse opened for business in November 2009, making gluten free bread for the Rocky Mountain Region of Whole Foods.  We have experienced fast growth as the word has spread about our delicious and nutritious breads.  We are now available across the country in over 1,000 stores.

Our mission at Canyon Bakehouse is to create Delicious and Nutritious Gluten-Free Breads that the Whole Family will enjoy.  Our unique varieties have been specifically created to bring the distinctive flavor and texture of “regular” bread to those adhering to a gluten free diet.
I received a nice assortment of breads for my family to try out including: Rosemary & Thyme Focaccia, Hamburger Buns, Cinnamon Raisin and 7-Grain bread.

The Rosemay & Thyme: Our focaccia is made in the finest Mediterranean tradition. Made with the finest ingredients, including extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy it with your favorite dipping sauce, or expand its possibilities to a delicious sandwich or pizza crust.

Hamburger Buns: Finally, a delicious gluten free hamburger bun that will hold up to the rigors of a fully loaded burger or your favorite deli sandwich! And it’s healthy too, made with 100% Whole Grains, there are 4 grams of fiber and 4 grams of protein per bun.

Cinnamon Raisin: The Cinnamon Raisin Bread is the perfect breakfast companion! With healthy whole grains, fresh raisins, and sweet agave syrup, it smells delicious and tastes even better! Try it fresh or toasted, and topped with your favorite spread.

7 Grain: The 7-Grain is loaded with healthy whole grains and touched with a hint of sweetness. Great for sandwiches, buttered or dunked in your favorite soup. This is a versatile, all around favorite choice!

Breads. We love ‘em, but not always when they’re gluten-free, right?
To get a really good loaf of gluten-free bread, we’ve always had to make them from scratch (and boy are those good). But if you want to walk into a store and buy a loaf of pre-made gluten-free bread, until recently there haven’t been any truly palatable options.

Frozen gluten-free loaves have historically been called “bricks”

Gluten-free store-bought bread is nearly universally found in the freezer section of specialty food stores and more progressive groceries; it is rarely found “fresh” on the shelves. On the one hand, it’s nice to have a loaf of bread in the freezer for those “emergency sandwiches;” on the other though, frozen is never as soft and moist as fresh.

Disclosure:

The review listed above is my own opinion. I was not paid to post the review. However, we may receive free products in exchange for reviews from time to time. Otherwise, we review products that we personally bought/use with our family’s. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I have used personally, and think will be good fit for my readers
