ACQUARELLA

**Disclaimer, I received a sample to facilitate this review. All opinions are 100% my own**

Punchy neons and classic nudes have been big hits for manicures on and off the runways this year. For the fashionable women of the world who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and are under-going chemotherapy treatment, the simple task of applying polish can be a feat. Often times the chemical smells of polish are enough to make them feel sick. Acquarella from CureDiva.com provides a perfect (and pretty!) solution.

Acquarella from CureDiva.com is:

· Competently water-based and non-toxic
· Easy preparation, no base or top coats with fast drying makes it a snap
· Acquarella Nail Polish hydrates the nail, helping to prevent nails from chipping, peeling and yellowing commonly associated with harsh conventional nail products.
· Contains No Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP) or other phthalates , No Formaldehyde or Formaldehyde like derivatives , No Toluene, Ketones or petrochemical solvents

Whether you want to lacquer up in electric shades or go with a classic nude nail, Acquarella from CureDiva.com ($16.00 each) has the perfect shades for you.

Recently, I had the opportunity to check out Acquarella products as I have never tried them before:

Conditioner:
Acquarella Conditioner is your ticket to preparing your nails properly for Acquarella Nail Polish. Our conditioner is a high gloss clear that can be used for detoxifying your nails preparatory to our nail polish or just to have a natural look with spectacular shine!

30 Love:
30 Love is a shimmery tennis ball yellow/green. The perfect Summer color.
Note: This is a fairly translucent color and will not paint on opaque.

French Kiss:
French Kiss is a purplish, pink-hued translucent perfect by itself or for use in French manicures. For a semi-translucent peach hue, take a look at Bikini and for a translucent peach hue, take a look at French Vanilla. Note: French Kiss appears darker in bottle due to its translucency.

Frolic:
Frolic is a playful mint green. The perfect color for wherever your cavorting may take you. For a creme, sky blue, take a look at Mahalo.

Bliss:
Bliss is a transparent peach hue shimmer, the sparkling complement to French Vanilla. If you love French Vanilla, but wanted some glitter – this polish for you.

Travel Remover:
Because, oil and water don’t mix. Conventional removers use oils and emollients to compensate for the extreme drying of Acetone or other solvents. Those same oils and emollients hinder the binding properties of our nail polish. This smaller size is perfect for taking Acquarella on the go. It is enough remover to do many sets of polish changes yet small enough to be TSA compliant when you fly.

Buffer Kit:

Buffer Kit Highlights:

  • 3 Way Buffer great for surface preparation of the nail
  • Ultra Buffer promotes better adhesion of Acquarella Nail Polish
  • Cuticle Stick great for gentle removal of polish and cleaning
  • Additionally, Ultra Buffer can be used ON THE SURFACE of Acquarella Polish to restore shine!

Overall, I really like Acquarella products. It does take a few layers to get the nail polish to show bright but the color payoff is wonderful!
