Recently we were sent over a couple of bags of Softer Than Brittle in Almond, Cashew, Peanut, and Pecan. This gourmet, snack is made in small batches in a copper kettle. We get together every weeknight for family game night so this was the right time to pass the brittle around to the family for taste testing, The two flavors that were a big hit were Pecan and Peanut.
